Southland Conservatory of Music and the City of Raymore have teamed up to bring an evening of live entertainment, food and fun to you to benefit the Hawk’s Nest inclusive playground project!
Thanks to our sponsors Apple Bus and the Raymore Arts Commission, as well as all of the musicians who are helping us get closer to reaching our goal of bringing this fully accessible playground to our community.
Apple Bus Company will be shuttling our guests from parking areas surrounding City Hall (City Hall lot, street parking around Municipal Circle, Farmers Market field parking east of City Hall and Centerview lot parking) to the park and back!
Admission and shuttle is free, but there will be plenty of opportunities to make a tax-deductible donation to the Raymore Community Foundation in support of Hawk’s Nest throughout the night.
The Bryan Jobi Band takes the stage at 7 p.m., followed by Southland Conservatory of Music students and teachers and My Brothers & Sisters will headline the show! We’ll also hear from some special guests!
Minsky’s Pizza and Jack’s Old Fashioned Kettle Corn & Lemonade will be serving up delicious snacks (and donating a portion of their proceeds to the Hawk’s Nest inclusive playground!) and Embrace the Grape will be on site with cool drinks!
The Hawk’s Nest inclusive playground will ELIMINATE social and physical barriers so that children of all abilities can play together. Only a small percentage of fully accessible playgrounds exist within our nation, though there are 43 million Americans with disabilities. We’re dedicated to changing that! Please stand with us and support our vision. Learn more at www.raymore.com/HawksNest
