MY BROTHERS & SISTERS Post Minnesota Show Wrap-Up

An unbelievable vibe was flexing the air at this Crossroads KC performance produced by Pipeline Productions. Local DJ, Prismada, opened up the show while the vibrant young crowd began to get into the moment. Hoops and fanners were in the midst and as the darkness crept in, the neon lights and EDM flair sprinkled joy amongst everyone. MY BROTHERS & SISTERS created a mad rush to the front of the stage with their surrealist costumes and everyone became full of gleeful anticipation. From the start, of their set with the anthemic “Fall Winter Spring & Summer” through their covers ranging from Kimbra’s “Settle Down” to the insane fist pumping finale of Rage Against The Machine’s “Killing In The Name,” all were hooked screaming along “Fuck you I won’t do what you tell me.” Thankfully we hired photographer Michael Requejo to capture the footage. He did a fantastic job at framing the Marvelesque scope of the band and what powerful energy they release from their voices and instruments. To end the show, Minnesota hit big with melodic drum & bass tunes that vibed hard for nearly 2 hours. Major props to Crossroads and their stage crew. Incredibly positive, knowledgeable, and hardworking people that made set-up and and sound check a breeze. They also rocked the visuals really nicely on the fly.
